Pre-Ginning & Drying

We provide installation service of Drying system (after dispensing) system with all electrical and mechanical parts replacement work. Drying is a machine for passing seed cotton in to cleaner with drying of the seed cotton. Depending on the region of the world where it is produced, cotton may either be hand harvested or mechanically harvested (using either spindle-type pickers or brush-type strippers). The type of harvesting will determine how much seed cotton drying and precleaning will be required to effectively remove the moisture and impurities (sticks, leaves, burrs, etc.) from the product. Hand-harvested seed cotton will typically require a single stage of drying and precleaning, while mechanically harvested cotton will require two (or possibly three) stages of drying and precleaning.

We provide Installation service of Pre cleaning system, with complete package of installation , repairing of cleaner parts or replace new parts, checking electrical wiring and other electrical components, The Pre-cleaner or Inclined cleaner is a machine which comes between Dispensing system and starting of the ginning line. The Pre cleaner is used as a feeding material in gin stand conveyor system machine. After completion of this process, the resulted material is called pre cleaned cotton. We can say that "the pre cleaner is a machine which clean seed cotton and remove impurities". This pre cleaner is wound on to the large conical packages. These packages are used as input material during ginning process. Two types of Hot Air Cleaner Inlet Options: Conventional Inlet or Splatter-Back Inlet (either can be oriented for front or rear entry to the machine) – both provide for an even dispersion of the seed cotton and air stream across the width and depth of the cleaner. Either cleaner configuration (6-cylinder or 9-cylinder) can also be fitted with a Gravity-Type Inlet and Belly Pan with Trash Conveyor for use in gravity-fed applications.
